Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% purchase price.
Shipping and handling fees. All shipping charge ( including fees happened in free shipping order) are non-refundable.
Conditions For Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased from Us in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used, modified or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Goods that are received by Us in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Product not purchased from Us.
- Product does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
- Product with missing, damaged, altered, or broken labels and warranty seals.
- Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
- Product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting our Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Website.
You will responsible for shipping charge associated in the return. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We provide one-year limited warranty to almost all items sold on this website, excluding items marked/labelled/described "As Is", "Final Sale" or "Blow Out". Warranty starts as soon as item is delivered.

Some accessories and components are covered by 6-months. These includes:
When an item comes back for DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) reason within the 14 days period, we will send You a replacement of same item after the issue is confirmed. After the 14-days period, parts and labors for fixing the faulty item are covered by warranty.
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
